Greenbank Luxury Suites

Design Me are providing full MEP design on this new residential care home facility for Morrison Community Care (CCG) Holdco Ltd, a joint venture between Morrison Community Care Group and Glasgow-based contractor CCG (Scotland). 

The project consists of a new 58-bed care home in Clarkston, East Renfrewshire and replaces existing premises that are no longer needed by the existing church with private, en-suite bedrooms, dining areas, hair salon, cinema and visitor café, as well as 24/7 nursing services, amongst the wide range of amenities on offer to future residents.
