Training

We are very aware that the better informed and trained our staff are the better our business performs. We therefore ensure that all members of the Design Me team are given the opportunity to fulfill their full potential.

All our junior members of staff are entered into the Design Me traineeship, which involves day-release further education programs attended at local colleges and Universities with whom we maintain strong links.
