Royal Albert Dock

Design Me have been appointed by Mercury Engineering to carry out detailed design, BIM Coordination and Peer Review duties for the new Royal Albert Dock development.

The development will be built on the site of historic wharves and include over 430,000m2 of commercial and residential space. The project will comprise six separate phases; Multiplex have been contracted to deliver Phase 1 – the construction of plots 5A, 5B, 8A and 9A, including all public realm areas, roads and infrastructure and also the refurbishment of two listed buildings on plots 10A and 10B.
