Design Me were appointed to carry out the detailed design of the Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health systems on the restoration and refurbishment project.

The project consisted of the refurbishment of existing space over four levels, with two full floors being underground. This created challenges to provide as much natural light deep into the building as possible, and ensure that where there was no opportunity for natural light, that a high standard of architectural, artificial lighting was provided.

The project exposed, refurbished and made features of the buildings original brick and steelwork fabric to create an amazing new working environment for our client ISO Design.
