Design Me were appointed as part of a design team including Mosaic Architecture + Design to deliver the new Spanish Butcher restaurant on Miller Street for Rusk & Rusk.

The spanish butcher is the latest restaurant from rusk & rusk, the group behind the butchershop bar & grill and hutchesons bar & brasserie.

Located at 80 miller street, in the heart of glasgow's merchant city, the spanish butcher serves the finest grades of galician beef, the most premium iberican jamon and the freshest of seafood, combining spanish and mediterranean inspired flavours.
